1) Discovery & Site Measure — We listen, measure and define scope, style, budget and timeline.
 2) Concept Design — Moodboards, space planning and key elevations to align direction.
 3) Design Development — Detailed layouts, finishes, fixtures, lighting and joinery integration.
 4) Documentation — Drawings/specs for pricing and fabrication; supplier quotes.
 5) Build & Install — Coordination with trades, workshop and site; quality checks.
 6) Styling & Handover — Final touches, care guide and aftercare support.

Materials & Finishes
We specify durable, low-maintenance finishes that suit how you live. Typical palettes combine laminates, plywood/veneer, lacquer (PU), stone/engineered stone, and quality hardware. Where helpful, we supply low-VOC options and sample kits to finalise colours and textures.
Timeline
A typical interior design package runs 3–6 weeks from Discovery to Documentation (project size dependent). Build/installation time varies by trades and lead times — we’ll map this in your programme.
Budget & Engagement
We quote design in clear stages (Concept, Development, Documentation) — fixed where possible, hourly only for extras agreed in advance. Procurement and site coordination are itemised so you keep full control of spend.
Warranty & Aftercare
All custom joinery includes a 12-month workmanship warranty and lifetime aftercare support: whenever you need advice, adjustments or maintenance guidance, we’re here to help.

Can you work with my builder/architect? Yes — we collaborate often and can document to their standards.
 Do you supply and manage trades? We can recommend trades and coordinate as required.
 Do you design remotely? Yes — remote consults and reviews via Zoom are available.
 Which areas do you cover?
